OUR STORY
CAPTEC Engineering form the pvt lmt company in 2022 as a small, ambitious design studio with a simple goal: to create smarter, more efficient buildings. From those early days, we have steadily evolved into a full-scale, multidisciplinary engineering firm recognised across India for integrated MEP design and sustainable building solutions.
Over the years, our team has expanded to include specialists in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and green-building services.
Together we’ve delivered high-performance engineering for hospitals, hotels, industrial facilities, and large commercial developments from concept to commissioning.

Mr. Zeeshan boasts over a decade of dynamic experience in business development and project management within a consulting and contracting firm. Currently, he serves as the founder of CAPTEC where they specialize in MEP, VDC, and Sustainability Consultancy Services catering to both Indian and international clients, overseeing a team of over 45 skilled professionals. Prior to establishing these venture, he contributed significantly to renowned organizations such as AEON Consultants, Qatar Design Consortium, and Conserve Consultants, focusing on expanding business growth and market networks. Possessing a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Mr. Zeeshan is accredited as a professional by the Indian Green Building Council, reflecting his commitment to sustainable practices. He has garnered extensive experience in project delivery and coordination, serving as a sustainability consultant across diverse projects including corporate, infrastructure, commercial, hospitality, and residential sectors. Active participation in technical bodies like ASHRAE, ISHRAE, and IGBC further underscores his dedication to professional development and industry engagement. Mr. Zeeshan’s multifaceted expertise, combined with his academic qualifications and industry affiliations, positions him as a pivotal figure in the realms of business development, project management, and sustainability consultancy within the construction industry.
With over decade of experience in HVAC/Plumbing/Fire Fighting Engineering and Project Management, Rizwan has cultivated his expertise through collaborations with esteemed consultants in Mumbai. Proficient in both design and execution aspects, he plays a pivotal role in managing coordination between project and design teams, ensuring the timely delivery of quality outputs. Within CAPTEC, Rizwan assumes responsibility for MEP coordination across diverse regions, demonstrating proficiency in preparing Concept Planning, Design Brief Reports,tender documentation, BOQ, and GFC. His portfolio encompasses extensive involvement in large-scale projects spanning Hospitality, Commercial, Healthcare, Infrastructure, Residential, and Institutional sectors, both within India and abroad. Rizwan’s comprehensive skill set and hands-on experience underscore his ability to successfully navigate complex projects and deliver exceptional results within predetermined timelines.
With over 10 years in construction, Ashish holds degrees in Civil Engineering and a diploma, amplifying his proficiency. At CAPTEC, he spearheads BIM projects, overseeing engineers while demonstrating adeptness in 3D visualization, BOQ preparation, tender management, and modeling. His role as a Project Management Consultant and Civil Engineer on various projects has fortified his skills, making him invaluable in coordinating complex endeavors. Ashish’s expertise extends to leveraging technology for streamlined project execution, ensuring precision in cost estimation and resource allocation. His adeptness in tender management and modeling enhances project efficiency and accuracy, reflecting his comprehensive understanding of construction dynamics. Ashish’s multifaceted competencies, amalgamated with his extensive experience and educational background, position him as a pivotal figure in the construction industry’s project management landscape.
Adnan, a seasoned Mechanical Engineer, brings over 10 years of design expertise to his role at CAPTEC. Entrusted with overseeing all deliverables and managing the Design team, he exemplifies a blend of youthfulness and intelligence in his approach. Having accrued significant experience within consultancy firms, Adnan has successfully spearheaded projects of varying scales across India. His dedication and commitment to CAPTEC for the past 8 years highlight him as a standout individual within the organization. Demonstrating a keen understanding of mechanical design principles, Adnan emerges as a valuable asset, contributing to the company’s success through his proficiency and unwavering dedication to excellence.
Kaleem, an Electrical Engineer with approximately 7 years of consultancy experience, brings youthful enthusiasm and a passion for his craft to his role at CAPTEC. His involvement in numerous design projects has honed his skills in design calculations, drawing preparation, BOQ creation, and tender documentation. Within CAPTEC, Kaleem plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of various tasks crucial to project success. His dedication and hands-on approach make him a valuable asset to the team, contributing to the company’s commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
Abdul Moeed Chaudhary possesses exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling him to effectively communicate ideas with clients. Previously employed at Terraviridis LLP as a Building Energy Analyst, Abdul conducted daylighting, lighting, and energy simulations for a variety of projects, alongside hands-on experiments. He also served at Conserve Consultants Pvt. Ltd., fulfilling roles as a business developer and building energy analyst. Throughout his M.Tech. in Building Energy Performance at CEPT University, Abdul conducted extensive research on passive design strategies, HVAC, lighting, daylighting, and energy simulation, culminating in a presentation of his findings at an International Conference in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Furthermore, he recently authored a research paper on enhancing ACH and daylighting levels in Mumbai’s slum houses, which was presented at the IBPSA International Conference in Bruges, Belgium. Abdul’s diverse experiences and contributions underscore his expertise in the field of building energy analysis and research.
Mr. Anil is Associate Director for GCC region and based in Dubai. He has three Decades of experience in overseeing project management functions for Marine, Infrastructure and Civil projects in India, UAE and Africa from conceptualization to execution consisting of planning, budget allocation & progress monitoring. He took ownership for developing project management plans, negotiating with all stakeholders, driving procurement, interface management and project execution oversight to sustain project delivery within quality, cost & schedule parameters. Exceptional problem-solving abilities, coupled with a keen eye for detail, to overcome challenges and optimize project outcomes. Recognized for exceptional leadership, organizational prowess, and unwavering dedication to driving project excellence. Coached and mentored team of 80-110 site staff and managers in the field, which enhanced higher productivity and efficiency.

Anzar Zaidi leads Captec’s operations across the GCC region, driving business growth and strategic partnerships in the Middle East. A Mechanical Engineer by qualification, Anzar brings over a decade of extensive experience in the region’s construction and MEP industry.Before joining Captec, he was associated with Al-Futtaim, one of the UAE’s largest and most reputed construction conglomerates. Throughout his career, he has successfully delivered diverse projects across defence, commercial, residential, and hospitality sectors, demonstrating a strong technical foundation and project leadership.At Captec, Anzar plays a pivotal role in expanding the company’s presence in the GCC market, ensuring seamless collaboration, quality delivery, and client satisfaction across all regional projects.
